Maya and the Moko Jumbie is a vibrant and imaginative tale set on the sun-kissed island of Antigua, where joy bubbles in the air as Maya prepares to celebrate her eighth birthday. Surrounded by love, laughter, and Caribbean traditions, she receives a most unusual gift-a tall, masked doll balanced on stilts. They call it a Moko Jumbie, but what secrets does it hold? One night under the cover of stars and the hush of dreams, Maya is swept into a realm alive with rhythm, dancing spirits, and ancient whispers. There, her mysterious new friend MJ leads her on a journey where the line between past and present blurs, and every beat of the drum reveals a hidden truth.

Was it just a dream-or the awakening of something far more magical?
