She is the creator of the Maya and the Moko Jumbie series, a vibrant celebration of Afro-Caribbean culture for young readers. When she's not writing or creating content for her podcasts (UnMute Now and What I'm Learning Is), Nattassa resides in the United Kingdom, dreaming up her next island-inspired adventure.
